I’m Peter. The reason behind my username “percentat40” is inspired by the 40 Percent rule used by Navy SEALs. When you think you’ve reached your limit, it is just 40% of your potential/actual capacity. Having gone through training under one of the elite training institutes of Singapore military, it reasonates very well with me. Having a team will always be easier and together we all grow.
